A company limited by shares - must have at least 1 shareholder and 1 director, and must:
Have a registered business address in Hong Kong
Appointment of company secretary and certified public accountant
Register with the Hong Kong Companies Registry and submit required documents
Apply for a business registration certificate, the annual fee is 2,200 yuan
Submit specified documents to the Companies Registry every year
Submit tax returns and accountant's audit reports to the Inland Revenue Department every year
